The problem

The truck is the problem.

The water is fine. The delivery model is what costs you. Here is what you are actually paying for every month.

43

Pounds, lifted by someone on your payroll

A full 5-gallon jug weighs about 43 pounds. Somebody in your office lifts it over their head onto the cooler. One bad lift is a claim.

0

Of that labor shows up on the invoice

Somebody signs for it. Somebody stages it. Somebody counts empties. None of it shows up on the invoice.

2

Corners of your space, full and empty

Full jugs in one corner. Empties in another. Square footage you pay rent on.

5

Line items that each get their own increase

Jug cost, delivery fee, fuel surcharge, cooler rental, bottle deposits. The invoice only goes one direction.

The switch

Your building already has the water.

It is in the wall right now. The only thing a delivery truck adds is plastic, a schedule, and a markup. We tie a purification system into the line you already have and treat the water at the spot you drink it. Then we maintain it, change the filters, and answer the phone when something is wrong.

Point of use, not point of delivery.

The technology

Purified going in. Guarded all the way to the nozzle.

Most “filtered water” is one carbon cartridge and a good marketing department. We are an authorized Waterlogic dealer, which means the Firewall UVC platform is on our truck, alongside the Pure Water Technology reverse osmosis line. Four barriers stand between your building's water main and somebody's cup.

Barrier 01 5Stage filtration

Take out what is in the water

Sediment, then carbon block for chlorine, chloramines, lead, cyst and asbestos. On the reverse osmosis line, an 80 gallon-per-day membrane and a second carbon polish after it.

Barrier 02 99.9999%Bacteria-free

Firewall UVC purification

Patented UVC purification running all the way through to the dispensing nozzle. 99.9999% bacteria-free and 99.99% virus-free, and it blocks back-contamination from getting into the system at all.

Barrier 03 99.5%Within 2 hours

BioCote antimicrobial surfaces

A silver ion additive built into the dispense area, drip tray, faucet and buttons during manufacturing. It reduces up to 99.5% of bacteria within 2 hours, on the surfaces everybody touches.

Barrier 04 0Surfaces to touch

Hands-free dispense

Hands-free operation is available across the Firewall line. Nothing to press means nothing to pass around, which matters more in a clinic or a shared break room than anybody likes to admit.

MAINS UVC NOZZLE

Firewall, in detail

The last three inches are where coolers actually fail.

Filtration cleans the water. It does nothing about what crawls back up a nozzle between Tuesday and Friday. Firewall is built for that specific problem.

  1. 01Water enters from the mains and is pushed into a mirrored chamber wrapped in a double-helix spiral.
  2. 02The spiral routes it top to bottom and back again, so the water sits under UVC light far longer than it would in a straight-through unit. The mirrored housing amplifies the light rather than absorbing it.
  3. 03The UVC field extends through to the dispensing nozzle itself, sanitizing the faucet on every use and blocking anything from traveling back up into the system.

Independently certified to NSF/ANSI 55 Class A, NSF Protocol P231 for microbiological water purifiers, and the US EPA Guide Standard, by IAPMO R&T. Tested effective against bacteria including Legionella, Salmonella and E. coli.

Two platforms

We carry both lines, so the space picks the machine.

Most water companies sell one box and make your office fit it. Which of these goes in your building is a walkthrough decision, not a catalog decision.

Waterlogic Firewall

When hygiene is the priority

Clinics, dental, food service, shared break rooms, anywhere a lot of hands touch one dispenser.

  • Firewall UVC through to the nozzle
  • BioCote surfaces on the dispense area
  • Hands-free operation available
  • Cold, hot, extra hot, ambient, sparkling
  • Serves up to 30 users per unit
  • Cold 41°F, hot 187°F
  • 13.6" W x 14.4" D, freestanding or countertop
Pure Water Technology

When the source water needs work

Hard water, high dissolved solids, well systems, and anywhere taste is the complaint you keep hearing.

  • 5 stages including an 80 GPD RO membrane
  • Activated oxygen sanitizes and oxygenates
  • 24/7 microprocessor system monitoring
  • Antimicrobial touchpad surfaces
  • Filter replacement notification built in
  • 3 gal cold storage, 0.5 gal hot
  • 14" W x 17" D, freestanding or countertop

Both lines carry leak protection. Both are covered by the same flat monthly rate, the same service crew, and the same four guarantees. The Waterlogic platform is the same technology serving over 50 million people in more than 70 countries. The difference here is that ours arrives on a truck out of Santa Rosa.

See it run

A 15.6 inch touchscreen. On a water cooler.

The XL1 Hydration Center is the high-capacity end of the line, built for buildings that burn through water. Unlimited ice-cold and hot on demand, and enough throughput that a full floor does not queue behind it.

If your headcount is past what a standard dispenser handles, this is the conversation to have on the walkthrough.

The math

Start with what you are spending now.

We are not going to quote you a price on a web page without seeing your space. What we can do is show you what the delivery model is costing you a year, using your own number.

185per month
$100$750+
Per year
$2,220
Over 3 years
$6,660
Jugs handled / yr
261
Pounds lifted / yr
11,223

Jug count estimated at about $8.50 per 5-gallon jug delivered, the middle of the 2026 range for Northern California business accounts. Your invoice is the real number. Bring it to the walkthrough.

Everything above stops. What replaces it is one flat monthly rate that does not move when your usage does.

The site visit

30 minutes, and you get a straight answer.

A site visit is not a sales presentation in a conference room. A tech walks your space with you. If you would rather understand the service first, book a 15-minute call and Jamie will talk you through it before anyone comes out.

  1. Step 01

    We walk the space

Where people actually get water. Where the lines run. Break room, shop floor, the back of the clinic, the second floor nobody wants to carry a jug to.

  2. Step 02

    We check feasibility

Every spot is different. Some need a tie-in to an existing line, some need 10 feet of tubing, a few need more than that. You find out which one you are before anybody talks about money.

  3. Step 03

    You get a recommendation

How many units, where they go, what the flat monthly rate would be, and what install day looks like. In writing. If bottleless is wrong for your space, we will tell you that too.

No pressure to decide that day. Bring your current water invoice if you have it handy.

Risk reversal

Nothing to lose on the way in.

Free installation

We run the line, mount the unit, and test it. No setup cost.

7-day trial

Use it for a week on your real traffic. If it is not right, we pull it out. No cost for the install or the trial, and no agreement required for either.

Flat monthly rate

Service, maintenance, filter changes, and unlimited water are in it. Keeping the unit does require a service agreement, and your rep walks you through it line by line before anything is signed.

Price protection

Your rate does not increase with usage.

Four guarantees

Water quality. Price. Equipment. Satisfaction.

Vetted techs

Every technician is background checked, trained, and experienced. They are the people who show up at your door.

In their words, not ours.

Copied exactly as written from the Pure Water Guys listing, punctuation and all. Local service is the part you feel every month after the install, and it is what people keep writing about.

★★★★★

Pure Water Guys have been one of the best vendors servicing our company at Seguin Moreau Napa Cooperage. We used to use the traditional 5 gal water container service and the filtration coolers are better in every way. We are saving money and its 10x more convenient and hassle free. I would highly recommend them to any business for their drinking water needs

The Pure Water guys are one of a kind. My experience with them for our Santa Rosa based company has been excellent. They designed and installed a perfect custom RO system for us, they have maintained it for many years. They even moved the system for us to our new location when our company moved. 5 stars for a great team that deserves it!

This company is amazing! We appreciate the clean water we have had because the equipment stays clean with UV light protection. We are all healthier here for it. Jamie provides excellent customer service and after our 5 year lease is up we are staying at the original monthly price. Thank you so much!

Qualification

Let's be clear about the fit.

Get in touch if

  • You are a business, not a household
  • You are in Sonoma, Napa, or Mendocino county
  • You are spending $100 or more a month on jug delivery
  • You have 5 or more people drinking water on site

We are not a fit if

  • You want a system for your home. We only do offices and businesses.
  • You are outside the three-county service area.
  • You want a one-time equipment purchase with no service.

Questions

The things people ask on the phone.

Do we have to be on a contract?

Not for the install and not for the 7-day trial. Both are free and neither requires an agreement. If you decide to keep the unit after the trial, there is a service agreement covering the equipment, maintenance, and filter changes. Your rep reads it with you before you sign anything.

What does installation actually involve?

In most spaces we tie into an existing cold water line and run tubing to where the unit goes. A typical install is a couple of hours. If your space needs more than that, we tell you on the site visit, before you commit to anything.

Our landlord is strict. Is this a problem?

Usually not. It is a water line connection, not construction. We can put the specifics in writing for your property manager if they need it.

What if we move offices?

The unit moves with you. We uninstall it, move it, and reinstall it.

How often do filters get changed?

The unit tells us. Onboard monitoring tracks filter life and flags replacement, and the changes are included in your flat rate rather than billed separately.

Can we get sparkling or ice?

Depending on the model and your space, yes. That is one of the things the site visit is for.

How is this different from a pitcher filter or a fridge line?

Those are a single carbon stage, and nothing at all protects the spout. These units run multi-stage filtration plus either Firewall UVC purification through to the nozzle or activated oxygen sanitization in the tank, with hot water at temperature on demand. A pitcher filter improves taste. This is a different category of thing.

Is this the same equipment the big national companies use?

On the Waterlogic side, yes. We are an authorized Waterlogic dealer, so the Firewall platform we install is the same technology behind more than 50 million people in over 70 countries. The difference is who shows up when it needs service. Ours is a crew out of Santa Rosa, not a call center in Pennsylvania.

What actually makes Firewall different from regular UV?

Two things. The chamber is a double-helix spiral inside a mirrored housing, so water is held under UVC light far longer than a straight-through unit and the light gets amplified instead of absorbed. And the UVC field runs through to the dispensing nozzle, so the faucet is sanitized on every use and nothing travels back up into the system. It is certified to NSF/ANSI 55 Class A and NSF P231 by IAPMO R&T.

How fast can you get out here?

Our techs work out of Santa Rosa. Most of the three-county area is a same-week visit.
