Text messages in this program are sent by Bottleless Office Water, a trade name (dba) of Scott Business Capital LLC, which also does business as Pure Water Guys, from (707) 285-0781.

Program description

We send transactional text messages about Site Visit Consultations you book or request with us for bottleless office water service in Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino counties, California: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, replies to your own scheduling request, and service updates tied to your appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional messages in this program.

How you opt in

  • Website booking: on https://bottlelessofficewater.com/appointment, when you book a Site Visit Consultation you may tick the optional SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to book.
  • Website "Just text me" form: on https://bottlelessofficewater.com, you may enter your mobile number and tick the same optional checkbox. If you leave it unticked we call you instead of texting.
  • Phone: our team reads you these disclosures and records your verbal consent before any text is sent.
  • Texting us first: if you text (707) 285-0781 to ask about a site visit, we reply to your request.

SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Bottleless Office Water does not charge for text messages.

Opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
